Lights Camera (Weather) Action

This publication explores the theme of weather in cinema. Directors have long used weather to add emotional impact and metaphorical value to their films. The publication uses a 9:16 aspect ratio, referencing the format of modern screens to enhance its cinematic feel. The typography responds to the content of each chapter – for example, when discussing rain, storm or fog, the type mimics these conditions, adding a more immersive experience for the reader. The font cover is made of velvet, similar to that used on cinema seats, reinforcing the theme of my topic.
